Diary of a London Medium

So here we are it’s April 2011, time just seems to fly, I have been busy in fact, very busy so far this year, indeed every year seems to be a little more busier than the one before, which sees me travel even further and more  far afield to serve spirit.

In this the first of my monthly diaries I would like to share a little of what I have been doing and to talk about how spirit have been working in my life and more importantly in the lives of others.

Last Saturday, 16thApril it was my pleasure to serve at a lovely Church which is Walthamstow Spiritualist Church at Vestry Road, way over in London E17.

This church was featured in a TV documentary some time ago, which was very interesting and showed how aMarc Impey spiritualist church, mediums and healers work.  However despite this, I don’t think that the TV program  gave the subject any real justice as it was quite biased against spiritualism, and to a point was fairly mocking., but there you go.

So, back to last Saturday, the event was a psychic super, this is where mediums give fifteen or so minutes readings to each person sitting at a table, once all of the readings are over food is then served, and  on this occasion it was fish and chips.

The evening was well attended , and including myself, there were nine mediums working nine tables, with at least seven people per table.

Having just arrived back from a visit to Portugal, Walthamstow was my first church to serve on my return, and to be honest I was wondering if I still had the ability to connect with spirit, as I had forgotten all of my medium stuff and just enjoyed my time away, which was filed with working out in the gym almost every day, swimming, walking and just enjoying the sunny Algarve.

But yes, thankfully at Walthamstow spirit delivered, which just goes to show we should trust those who work with us in love from the spirit world, and that they don’t abandon us.

I can remember my old circle leader Linn saying time and time again that spirit want it to work as much as we do, as it’s in their interest as well...so just trust.

This leap of faith is important, many a time I have sat on a stage or on platform and nothing has been there, no spirit connection what so ever. But as soon as I have stood at the front of the shows or churches audience, bang spirit have been there and have worked with me. This is a story that many mediums have experienced i’m sure. Recently I was asked if I would serve two new churches which were Bow and Isle Of Dogs spiritualist Churches, it’s great to see new churches opening up where the love of those in spirit can be expressed and the evidetual connection can be made.

This weekend on Easter Sunday i’m off to serve  Kenton Spiritualist Church down Churchill Avenue, Kenton, where as usual a warm welcome will meet me, and our friends in spirit will reach out once more to their loved ones and touch their hearts once again.
