Marc Impey works with Gordon Smith

Marc attended a three hour long workshop run by Gordon Smith at the Mind Body And Spirit event recently  which was held at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London.

Gordon spoke about mediumship which was in conjunction with his new book Developing Mediumship (as displayed on this page) The talk was very enlightening when Gordon touched on such subjects as development circles, how does spirit work and what are guides etc.

In the second half which lasted for over an hour Gordon asked everyone to pick up something about the person sitting in front of them, Gordon then asked people to reveal what they had got. Marc takes over the story here. ‘I picked up from the lady sitting in front of me the words decorating and it has to be Dulux paint not a cheaper brand, also concern around someone near to her with a broken collar bone, that she worked in or had links with a school as well as other information’.  Gordon after hearing this was taken aback and asked the lady if this was true, the lady explained, yes my husband and I are decorating, we went out to B&Q last weekend and he wanted cheaper in store paint but I wanted Dulux quality paint, there is concern about my son and he is the one with the broken collar bone due to an accident, and yes I work in a school as a teacher and everything else was true, in fact spot on. Gordon seemed impressed asked Marc to come to work on platform with him in front of the 400 or so people in the audience.

Marc says I had a premonition that morning of working with Gordon on my way to meet my friend Craig who I went to the show with. After the event Gordon signed books including my copy, we had a long conversation after this, I found him very approachable with a great sense of humour, it was indeed a pleasure working with Gordon Smith.
